We were in a marvellous and incredible location really close to centre, down part of of the North East Coast of Scotland and very quiet. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ardmair Beach.

Excellent and beautiful location, I thoroughly enjoyed almost everything.
Had a lovely stay for the wedding, everything was excellent. Booked a room with maybe a tv. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and minute walk from Branson Ballknocker. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were lovely friendly and helpful😃

Ladysmith guest house is a cozy retreat near the town center. We loved our beautifully decorated beautiful double room with an ensuite, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a delight, with freshly cooked options that gave us plenty to choose from. Paulina's warm hospitality was amazing, especially when she helped send our forgotten jackets to us!

Super clean and comfy room, like really cozy. Louise was a amazing host, so helpful with local info n stuff. Breakfast was just delish, especially the porridge, don't skip it! Super close to the center, just a short walk away.
The bathroom might be a lil small for some, and the heater wasn't in there which was kinda annoying. The water temp in the shower was a bit crazy sometimes.

Ideal for Families! Great Stay!
The breakfast was rich with options, and my kids loved the choice of smoked kipper and salmon, a real treat after days on the road. The hosts are also very kind, providing us with local tips, and even offered extra biscuits for the kids!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was still worth it.
